Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent (SPS-200)
Product Introduction
Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent SPS-200 is a new excogitate environmental polycarboxylate concrete admixture. It is a concertrated product. It hydrolyzes itself under alkaline conditions to release dispersed carboxylic acid groups, then achieve a lasting dispersion effect. On the other hand, in addition to excellent slump retention performance, but Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent SPS-200 has a certain effect of water reduction too.

Methods Of Use
1.The recommendation mix proportion is polycarboxylate superplasticizer: SPS-200 = 8:2 - 7:3(mass ratio)
2. Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent SPS-200 can be mixed in metric water or added in concrete mixer. The recommended stirring time is 120s at least. Concrete mixing test should be made before using in order to insure concrete quality.
3. Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent SPS-200 can be compounded together with retarder, defoamer, air-entertraning reagent, lignin sulfonic natrium and so on.
4. Polycarboxylate Slump Retention Agent SPS-200 is a product as raw materials. It is not suggested to use SPS-200 directly in concrete or other materials without formulation blending. It should be obtained through trial mixes and formulation technologies by the users.

Packing & Storage
1. Packing: IBC tank.
2. Stored at 0-35℃, far away from sunlight.
3. Shelflife is normally six months. It is tested eligibility and then used when it exceeds.
