Scope of Application
1. The application of Powder Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer SP-409 is the same with the ranges of liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer, like ready-mix and on-site concrete for civil building and steel fiber concrete.
2. SP-409 is still applied as specific concrete admixture has the requirements like high strength, high durability, superfluidity self-leveling & self-compacting.
3. SP-409 also meet the requirement of building the plant in the remote area, because of the usage is simple just need mixing the equipment simply.
Recommended Admixture Amount
Powder Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer SP-409 is recommended to add 0.2~0.3% of the binding material, SP-409 is instead of liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer after dissolving, the dosage after dissolving reference to the actual solid content of dissolving liquid.
Package, Storage and Transportation
1. Powder Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer SP-409 shall be packaged in 25kg bag;
2. Large or special package are also available for customer demands;
3. Store in a dry place with a normal temperature (below 40℃), no stacking or great pressure to avoid caking products;
4. SP-409 can be kept for 12 months in the original package; please use it within 60 days after you open the package;
5. SP-409 shall be transported as the same as the other common chemical products.
